Sketchbook Dump

I know it's been a long time since I last posted. A lot has been going on, and I haven't had a lot of time to blog. But hopefully I can make up for it with a big art dump from my sketchbook. These life drawings are marker and Prismacolor with pencil and/or ballpoint pen.

Hi Anson; This Buz Walker-Teach responding to your comments on my art blog last week. Nice to get back in touch with you; I just looked at your website and you have some great work you've done - congrats!
Wow, the old Sacto Illustrators Guild did have some fine illustrators pass thru their club! I've lived in SE Asia since '95, and currently teach art/design at Raffles Design Institute in Singapore. My passion these days is the opportunities to sketch in various locales like S'pore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia & Japan.

Wow Anson, beautiful drawings, man. Did you marker for the solid black? Oh yeah is that on canson paper. They always give a good texture.

James:

These were done in an Earthbound recycled sketchbook. The bigger black areas are either Prismacolor marker or Sharpie.
